In this video, we break down the spiritual reality behind the physical world, especially the spirit of divination—represented by the Greek word python, from which the English word was derived. Jesus wasn’t just using metaphors when He said, “I have given you power to tread upon serpents.” He was referring directly to spiritual entities like the spirit of divination.
He spoke this to those who had progressed from being mere disciples to becoming apostles—people who could be trusted with God’s mission. A disciple is still in training, but an apostle is sent, empowered to deliver the counsel and beauty of God. If you’re going to walk in true authority, you must understand the supernatural framework that governs real life.
