The University of Science and Technology (UST) in South Korea is now accepting applications for Fall 2025. This prestigious, fully funded scholarship is open to international students aiming to pursue Master’s, Ph.D., or integrated Master–Ph.D. degrees in science, engineering, and technology.

UST offers a unique opportunity to study and conduct research at over 30 government-funded research institutes including KIST, KRIBB, KAERI, and more. All programs are delivered in English, and students work directly with some of Korea’s top scientists and researchers.

  2. Choose your preferred program, school, and major

  3. Fill in your personal details and research plan

  4. Upload all required documents (PDF/JPG, under 5MB each)

  5. Pay the application fee ($30 USD)

  6. Finalize submission and print your Examination Slip

Tip: It’s recommended to contact your potential supervisor beforehand to align your research interests.

Important Notes

  • Only one type of application is allowed (general, international, or industry-linked)

  • Admission will be canceled if any document is found to be fraudulent or unverified

  • All academic documents must be certified by Apostille or the Korean Consulate

  • UST is not responsible for visa delays due to late document submission
