By adopting Semnox Solutions’ technology, Sunrise Waterpark aims to maximise the effectiveness of its venue management. The expansive 55,000 square metre park offers a range of attractions for guests of all ages, including a playground, wave pool, and thrill slides, and requires a sophisticated venue management system to meet all of its operational needs.

Sunrise Waterpark selected the Tixera suite from Semnox Solutions for its cutting-edge features that enhance operations and optimise efficiencies, such as online ticketing, inventory management, and access control gates for seamless admission.
The attraction’s adoption of Tixera’s locker management module and mobile point-of-sale (POS) system for food and beverage services will further enhance the visitor experience. In addition, Tixera’s in-park marketing solutions, including digital signage, are being used to engage with guests on-site.
