The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) has reaffirmed its commitment to modernising Nigeria’s revenue generation by integrating cutting-edge technology into its operations.
At the launch of the Presidential Initiative on Revenue Optimisation and Digitalisation via Space Technology, RMAFC Chairman Dr. Muhammed Bello Shehu highlighted the agency’s dedication to leveraging space technology and digital innovations to enhance revenue collection and allocation efficiency.

The initiative, which will be implemented in collaboration with the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASDRA) and other key stakeholders, is part of Nigeria’s broader strategy to improve financial transparency and boost revenue streams.
The event, held at the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja, signals the government’s intensified efforts to reduce revenue leakages, enhance data accuracy, and improve fiscal accountability through digital transformation.
