The Presbyterian Church of Nigeria (PCN), Niger Delta Synod, is set to honor its outgoing Moderator, Most Rev. Eze Umahi (JP), as he retires from active service in August 2024.

Presbyterian Church Of Nigeria Bids Farewell To Retiring Moderator, Most Rev. Eze Umahi

A send-off ceremony has been scheduled for Sunday, August 18, 2024, at 9:00 am at the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Okoro-nu-odo Parish, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Most Rev. Umahi, who has dedicated over three decades to the Holy Ministry, was ordained in 1990. He has served in various capacities, including as Hospital Administrator at the Presbyterian Joint Hospital, Uburu, for 15 years. His humble and caring nature has endeared him to the people of Uburu and beyond.

As he retires, Most Rev. Umahi remains committed to serving humanity. The church invites the public to join in celebrating his remarkable service and dedication.

The event will be attended by dignitaries, including Rt. Rev. Nneoyi Ubii Arikpo, Synod Moderator; Elder Engr. Awa Osonwa, Convener, Planning Committee; Very Rev. Roselyn Onuoha Emetu, Clerk of Synod; and Elder Engr. Obinna Odum, Session Clerk.

All are welcome to attend and bid farewell to this remarkable man of God.
