Nigerian HR-Tech expert launches AI platform to transform global hiring and talent management

Temitope Okeseeyin, HR strategist, AI product builder, has launched Outnovately AI, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform focused on improving how organisations hire, evaluate, and manage talent.

The platform was developed in response to the challenges HR teams face globally—handling large volumes of resumes, job descriptions, interviews, and compliance documents. Okeseeyin identified what she described as a significant gap in the market, where many AI hiring tools fall short of meeting real-time HR needs.

“I saw a gap,” Okeseeyin said. “HR teams don’t need more AI theory, they need simple, trusted tools that solve real hiring and evaluation problems today.”
Outnovately AI combines a suite of tools into what she calls a “Talent Suite”, designed to support job description writing, interview preparation, resume parsing, candidate screening, performance review drafting, and HR policy creation. These tools work together to assist HR teams in making data-informed decisions without removing the human element from the hiring process.

Built using globally recognised frameworks, including SHRM and HRCI, the system emphasises competency-based evaluation over keyword-matching. Okeseeyin said this approach helps organisations focus on whether a candidate or employee aligns with the actual requirements of a role, rather than relying on automated filters alone.
“This is real HR-Tech,” she explained. “We’re not just automating hiring, we’re embedding sound HR principles into AI-powered systems that HR teams can trust. Our AI solutions empower HR leaders to make better decisions, not replace them.”

Okeseeyin’s entry into the SaaS ecosystem reflects her background in consulting, coaching, and strategic HR leadership. She has worked with various organisations on building talent systems and now brings that experience into a digital product for HR teams around the world.

She noted that AI is no longer an add-on in HR, but part of its infrastructure. “HR is evolving rapidly, and AI is now part of the operating system of modern HR-Tech,” she said. “Outnovately AI is designed to be part of that evolution, delivering practical, ethical, and highly usable AI solutions for real HR teams.”

The platform is currently onboarding HR departments, consulting firms, SaaS partners, and enterprise clients in pilot programmes across different countries.
