Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Northeast Asia Legal Talents Program, applicants must:
- Citizenship: Be a non-Chinese citizen under 45 years old.
- Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of professional experience.
- Professional Category: Belong to one of the following groups:
- Government officials
- Senior executives in enterprises or institutions
- Administrative staff at universities or research institutes
- Professionals with experience in international organizations
Application Procedure

- The College of International Education will verify your qualifications by January 16, 2025.
Step 3: Remote Interviews/Written Examination
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews or written assessments by February 28, 2025.
Step 4: Scholarship Application
- Apply through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System by March 24, 2025.
Step 5: Final Decision
- Results will be communicated via email.
