The Google Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship is a 24-month program designed to provide individuals with learning and development opportunities in the field of Digital Business Marketing. Location & Relocation Assistance
Selected applicants will be matched with a team and colocated in one of the following cities:
- Hyderabad, Telangana
- Gurugram, Haryana
- Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Bengaluru, Karnataka
Relocation assistance is available for candidates who move more than 100 km from their current location to their matched office.
Program Duration and Commitment
- The apprenticeship spans 24 months.
- It is not a full-time permanent role.
- The application process may take 18 to 24 weeks, so applicants are advised to remain patient during this period.

Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A maximum of 1 year of experience in a Digital Business Marketing role post-graduation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Chrome, Docs, Sheets) or similar applications.
- Fluent communication in English, with the ability to follow instructions, learn from training documents, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in various industries such as Events, Media, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, etc.
- Ability to work with ambiguous tasks, identify suitable solutions, and seek help where necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in building a career in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop your knowledge of digital ad platforms, online campaigns, and troubleshooting for ad accounts.
- Partner with teams to drive product and partnership solutions.
- Learn business development by addressing leads from new and existing clients, and act as an account coordinator and facilitator.
- Analyze data to derive insights and identify opportunities for clients and agencies.
- Apply AI-based solutions to enhance productivity in digital advertising.

This apprenticeship is open to individuals who have completed their university degree and are looking to begin a career in Digital Business Marketing. If you’re currently pursuing a degree or have been working in the field for more than 12 months, you may explore other career opportunities at Google.
