French Embassy Scholarships 2025 for Ghanaian Students (Fully Funded)

The French Embassy in Ghana is offering a fully funded scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year to outstanding students seeking admission into Master 1 (M1) or Master 2 (M2) programs at prestigious French universities.

This scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, accommodation, health insurance, and travel costs. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to study in France—apply before April 30, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be a Ghanaian national residing in Ghana.
  • Be under 30 years old at the time of application.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Have completed National Service.
  • Possess a First Class or Second-Class Upper degree (priority consideration).
  • Commit to studying in France for the entire Master’s program.
  • French language proficiency is NOT required (except for FLE applicants).

  • Copy of International Passport (valid for at least two years)
  • Recommendation Letter (optional but recommended)
  • Completed Application Form (Download Here)
  • Cover Letter (1 page explaining motivation & career goals)
  • Full Undergraduate Transcript
  • Admission Letter from a French university
  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) (max. 3 pages)
  • Financial Documents (scholarship certificates, pay slips, or bank statements)

April 30, 2025: Application Deadline
May – June 2025: Interviews for shortlisted candidates
July 2025: Visa Application Process
September/October 2025: Start of Academic Year in France
