In a bold and transformative move to tackle Nigeria’s energy crisis and expand clean energy access nationwide, a Nigeria property technology company, Home Owner, is partnering EcoFlow, a leading portable power and energy storage brand across the U.S. and Europe to roll out smart, portable, reliable, and affordable solar and battery solutions across the country.

With EcoFlow’s advanced technology and Home Owner’s distribution and financing network, this partnership means households, small businesses health facilities, and entrepreneurs wherever power is needed, on or off the grid can now enjoy access to a full range of power solutions, including fast charging portable lithium power stations, lithium home backup systems, and solar panels that are expandable and can fit any scenario.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Home Owner, Prince Mohammed Salau, salary earners and businesses can now break free from the burden of generators and fuel costs by buying and spreading payments, removing the burden of one-time payments for essential energy needs.

“Dealers, distributors, and resellers across Nigeria can now access and stock EcoFlow’s full range of solar power systems, portable batteries, and inverters on flexible terms, removing the capital barriers that have long slowed energy access across communities.

“This means businesses can grow faster, homes can stay powered, and communities can thrive, even when the grid fails. Leading the light though Ecoflow launched with Home Owner in Nigeria in April, this announcement was delayed because we needed to work with Ecoflow to synchronise its world-class solution with the realities of Nigerian life, ensuring financial, after-service care, product accessibility, scalability, and practical application across different scenarios by bringing on board key industry players who believe in our vision.”

Salau noted that this is because solving power issues in Nigeria requires more than just importing tech as this is not just about energy alone, but about dignity, freedom, and giving everyone the chance to build their lives without the fear of darkness and “we’re proud to lead the charge with added solutions for EcoFlow. This is also in line to support the Presidency Renewable Hope Agenda for a robust green economy.”

He added that the milestone cements Home Owner’s status as the first globally in its industry to hold such a partnership, which enables them to help drive market inclusivity across different sectors, given that everyone is considered a homeowner.
