Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants must: ✔ Be at least 18 years old
✔ Be nominated by a Czech embassy, ministry, or partner institution

How to Apply?
Step 1: Nomination Process (Deadline: March 31, 2025)
Applicants must apply through their local Czech embassy or designated partner institution and submit:
- Completed application form (Available in DOCX and PDF)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English or Czech
- Additional documents if required (e.g., motivation letter, language certificates)
Step 2: Registration & Selection
- Nominated applicants must register online with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS).
- MEYS and Czech universities review applications.
- Selected candidates receive official invitations to participate.
Important: Applications sent directly to universities or MEYS without official nomination will be rejected.
Selection Process
✔ Nominees: Selected through Czech embassies or partner institutions.
✔ Substitutes: Additional applicants placed on a waiting list.
✔ Final Selection: Conducted by MEYS and Czech universities.
✔ Scholarship Offers: Successful candidates receive official invitations from their assigned Summer School.
Additional Considerations
Health Insurance: Participants must arrange their own travel health insurance.
