Who Can Apply?

How to Apply?

Step 1: Nomination Process (Deadline: March 31, 2025)

Applicants must apply through their local Czech embassy or designated partner institution and submit:

  • Completed application form (Available in DOCX and PDF)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English or Czech
  • Additional documents if required (e.g., motivation letter, language certificates)

Step 2: Registration & Selection

  • Nominated applicants must register online with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS).
  • MEYS and Czech universities review applications.
  • Selected candidates receive official invitations to participate.

Important: Applications sent directly to universities or MEYS without official nomination will be rejected.

Selection Process

Nominees: Selected through Czech embassies or partner institutions.
Substitutes: Additional applicants placed on a waiting list.
Final Selection: Conducted by MEYS and Czech universities.
Scholarship Offers: Successful candidates receive official invitations from their assigned Summer School.
