The NRC Research Associate Program 2025 supports Master’s and Ph.D. level programs at Canadian universities.

Program Overview & Work Arrangements
Duration: Initial 2-year term, extendable up to 5 years based on performance and organizational needs.
Work Model: Hybrid work model with a requirement to be onsite at least 60% of the time.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the NRC Research Associate Program, applicants must:
- Hold a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences or Engineering OR a Master’s degree in an Engineering field (completed within the last five years).
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct high-quality, original research.
- Meet the Reliability Status employment condition.
